4. How long does delivery take?

We usually ship your order within 24 hours.

After that, delivery takes 2–7 days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster, while remote areas may take a bit longer.

2. How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll get a tracking link on your registered email and WhatsApp. You can follow every move right from there.

3. What are the different payment modes?

We accept Cards, UPI, Pay-Later options, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

4. Why don’t I see COD (Cash on Delivery) at checkout?

We ship to 28,000+ pin codes, but COD might not be available for all. If you don’t see it, no stress, prepaid options like UPI, Cards, Wallets, or Net Banking work perfectly fine.

5. What’s “Partial COD”?

We’ve introduced Partial COD to make things smoother and safer. It helps cut down fake orders and ensures quicker deliveries.

6. My order status says “Unfulfilled.” What does that mean?

No need to worry — it just means your order is being processed. Our team is packing it up and getting it ready to ship. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

8. What’s your return or refund policy?

We currently don’t allow returns or refunds for anything other than clothing items, unless there’s a genuine defect or issue with the product.


  • For clothing: Returns & size exchanges are accepted as per our return policy.

  • For stickers, accessories, and other items: Only defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement or refund.
